Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Timelines

  • Please allow 7-10 working days for your order to be delivered. Most orders are delivered within 7-10 business days.
  • Monday to Friday are considered as business days, except for public holidays.
  • Delays in delivery can occasionally occur around public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances, but we do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers.
  • In the case of a custom product, you will be informed separately about the working days we require to process your goods.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping rates are based on the total weight and dimensions of your order and will be calculated and applied automatically at the checkout.
  • Basic shipping rates on orders start at Rs. 100 and might vary according to your location.

3. International Shipping (Shipping Abroad)

  • The delivery estimates provided are for India only; please allow additional days for islands and overseas.
  • If you require delivery outside of India, please contact us before placing your order so we can provide you with an accurate quote for the shipping cost.

4. Order Tracking and Communication

  • We will drop in an email with the details shortly after your order is placed and will provide processing details from time to time.
  • You will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
  • Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill Number (AWB no.) and our courier partner name are sent to you via text message/email.
  • Please visit the courier partner’s website and enter the AWB number we have shared with you in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.

5. Failed Deliveries and Address Accuracy

  • Our delivery partners will try thrice to deliver the package. If unsuccessful, it will come back to us and your order will stand canceled.
  • Please ensure you provide the complete and accurate shipping address, including the zip code and a mobile number, to help us deliver your order faster.

6. Accepted Payment Methods for Shipping

  • For shipping in India, we accept all major debit and credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa, and American Express), and also provide Net Banking options across major banks and UPI transfers.
  • We do not give the option of Cash on Delivery as we work on a custom product basis.

7. General Shipping Terms

  • We deliver your orders through our registered courier partners.
  • We reserve the right to alter or change our delivery service at any time.
