1. Orders and Contract Formation

  • By placing an order with us, you will be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
  • If you are unhappy with any aspect of these terms, you should contact Make it ADT before placing an order with us by email at support@makeitadt.com.
  • By placing an order via this website, you are making an offer to Make it ADT to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described.
  • Once an order has been placed, we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received. This is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted.
  • A contract between you and Make it ADT for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed, and dispatched to you.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, the completion of the contract between Make it ADT and yourself takes place.

2. Order Fulfillment and Refusal

  • We reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by you at any time.
  • We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
  • We cannot fulfill any obligations due to the following reasons:
    • The product you ordered being out of stock.
    • Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment.
    • The identification of a pricing or product description error.
    • Customers who fail to reach any order criteria set out in the terms and conditions.
  • If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by a member of Make it ADT either by email or by phone.
  • We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on the website. We will not be liable to you or any third party for the reason of our withdrawing any product from this website, whether or not that product has been sold.

3. User Eligibility

  • To be eligible to purchase products on this website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this website under law, you must:
    • Be over 18 years of age.
    • Register by providing your real name, phone number, e-mail address, payment details, and other requested information.
    • Stipulate a delivery address.
    • Possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to our checkout provider (UPI).

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Payment for all orders is at the point of dispatch.
  • All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system.
  • The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus the cost of delivery.
  • You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours.
  • All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not for any reason authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

5. Data Security and Authorization

  • By making an offer to buy a product, you specifically authorize us to transmit information (including any updated information) or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time. This includes, but is not limited to, your debit or credit card number or credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorization, and to authorize individual purchase transactions.
  • We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure.
  • In the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.
